This item was bought simply as a replacement for our old cartridge that just need renewing. Everything about the Product and Delivery was fine, and we were delighted that Canon provided a free return mail label so our old cartridge could be recycled, if we returned it to them in the original packaging, which we did, a trip to the post and it was all done. A suggestion to Canon though, surely they would receive more cartridge back, if they also supplied a voucher could be used when purchasing your next cartridge to give a small discount? Its clear that many cartridges are recycled, as many are sold on Amazon, but I'm also sure that many people will simply not return them as "you" have to do bit work, packing your old cartridge, printing a label, and a trip to the Post Office. However this small incentive, against a future purchase, would benefit everyone...
